How it works

When you fall asleep, your jaw and tongue relax back and narrow your airway. Air squeezing through makes soft tissue vibrate: that's the snore.

EveryNight holds your lower jaw slightly forward, so the airway stays open and air moves quietly.

How it works

Snoring is an airway problem. So we work on the airway.

  1. Your jaw relaxesAs you fall asleep, your lower jaw and tongue drift back toward your throat.
  2. The airway narrowsAir squeezes through a smaller space and makes soft tissue vibrate. That's the snore.
  3. EveryNight holds it openThe mouthpiece keeps your lower jaw slightly forward, so air moves quietly all night.

Jaw-advancing oral appliances are a recommended treatment for snoring in the American Academy of Sleep Medicine clinical guideline (J Clin Sleep Med, 2015).

Snoring is a two-person problem. When it quiets down, the person beside you gets their nights back, and you stop getting elbowed awake.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will it work for me?

EveryNight is made for adults whose snoring comes from the jaw and tongue relaxing back during sleep, which is a very common cause. It may not help snoring that comes from a blocked nose. That's exactly why you get 30 nights to find out.

Buying it for your partner?

Good call. The 30-night trial covers gifts too: if it doesn't quiet their snoring, email us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund the order.

Is this a treatment for sleep apnea?

No. EveryNight is for simple snoring in adults. If you stop breathing, gasp or choke at night, or feel very sleepy during the day, talk to a doctor. Those can be signs of sleep apnea, which needs a medical diagnosis.

Is it comfortable?

It's ultra-thin (0.06") and made from soft, flexible material. Anything in your mouth takes a few nights to get used to, so give it a week before you decide.

Will it make me drool?

Some people notice extra saliva for the first few nights while their mouth gets used to something new. It usually settles within the first week.

Will my jaw be sore in the morning?

Your jaw may feel a little tight for the first few mornings. That's why you start with the trays lined up and only move forward one step at a time: use the first setting that keeps you quiet, because further forward isn't better. If the tightness doesn't ease soon after you take it out, step back one setting, and ask your dentist if it continues.

How do I adjust it?

Start with the trays lined up. If you still snore after a couple of nights, move the lower tray forward one step. Stop at the first setting that keeps you quiet and feels comfortable; further forward isn't better.

Can I breathe through my mouth while wearing it?

Yes. The trays don't lock your mouth shut, so you can breathe naturally.

How do I clean it?

Each morning, rinse it in cool water, brush it gently with the included brush and let it air-dry in its case. Avoid hot water and the dishwasher, which can warp it.

How long does a mouthpiece last?

We recommend a fresh mouthpiece every 60 nights for the best fit and hygiene. That's why the 2-pack covers 120 nights and the 3-pack covers 180.

Who shouldn't use EveryNight?

Don't use it if you're under 18, or if you have loose teeth, dentures, advanced gum disease, jaw-joint (TMJ) problems, a dental implant less than a year old, central sleep apnea, asthma or another breathing disorder. If you have recent dental work or any doubts, ask your dentist first.

Possible side effects include jaw or tooth soreness, extra saliva, a dry mouth and, with long-term use, changes to your bite.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days and usually arrive within 7–20 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email, and you can follow it on our tracking page.

What's your guarantee?

You get 30 nights. If EveryNight doesn't quiet your snoring, email info@everynight.co within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund your order. You don't need to send a used mouthpiece back.
