Refund policy

30-night sleep trial
Try EveryNight for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it doesn't quiet your snoring, or it just isn't for you, email info@everynight.co within those 30 nights with your order number and we'll refund your order to your original payment method. Used mouthpieces are covered. For hygiene reasons we can't resell them, so you don't need to send a used mouthpiece back. One trial per customer.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU and UK customers
You also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Because a mouthpiece is a hygiene product, this applies to unopened items. The 30-night trial above covers opened ones.
